Hygiene Products
As adult pants and underpads are personal hygiene products, we can only accept returns of unopened packs in their original sealed packaging.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full.
How to Request
Email contact@evin2u.com with your order details and reason for the return. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
